PURPOSE OF PILOT

  • Show teachers, parents and preschool owners how “Little Life Skills” will support and strengthen a child’s approach to learning.
  • Also, “Little Life Skills” books, cartoon series, and curriculum are filled with engaging critical thinking scenarios that will capture the attention of students.
  • Show stakeholders how students will engage with the characters and storyline of “Little Life Skills”.
  • Show stakeholders how teachers implementing “Little Life Skills” will prepare children for success in school and in life.
  • Create consensus among all preschool teachers
  • Improve parent participation in their child’s education.
  • Show the need for “Little Life Skills” to all stakeholders.

PILOT PLAN

  1. Teacher and student incentive pilot plan.
  2. Learning should be fun. The “Little Life Skill” pilot will build a positive consensus and teamwork among all I believe in rewarding our teachers and students when it is earned.
  3. The “Little Life Skills” Pilot will cause fun, excitement, and give the teachers something to look forward to.
  • The teacher will be asked to allow students to watch the cartoon entitled “Mom Equals Dad” on the YouTube Kids Channel (Link will be provided).
  • After students view “Mom Equals Dad”, teachers will be asked to lead an activity with students and complete survey.

K-5th grade PILOT PLAN

PURPOSE OF PILOT

  • Show district stakeholders how students will strengthen their social emotional learning, learn character education, and increase Also, “Little Life Skills” books, cartoon series, and curriculum are filled with engaging critical thinking

    scenarios that will capture the attention of students.

  • Show district stakeholders how students will engage with the characters and storyline of “Little Life Skills”.
  • Show district stakeholders how teachers implementing “Little Life Skills” will appreciate the value of the lessons being taught while improving student behavior.
  • Create consensus district wide among all elementary.
  • Improve parent participation in their child’s education.
  • Show the need for “Little Life Skills” to all stakeholders in the district.

k-5th grade PILOT PLAN

  1. District-wide teacher and student incentive pilot program.
  2. Learning should be fun. The “Little Life Skill” pilot will build a positive consensus and

  3. The “Little Life Skills” Pilot will cause fun and excitement and give the district’s teachers something to look forward to.
  • “Little Life Skills” will award 1 elementary school teacher in the district $1,000.00 dollars for successfully implementing the “Little Life Skills” pilot.
  • The teacher will be asked to allow students to watch the car- toon entitled “Mom Equals Dad” on the YOUTUBE KIDS CHAN- NEL (Link will be provided).
  • After students view “Mom Equals Dad”, students will be asked to fill out a survey pertaining to what they've learned and thought about (Survey will be tailored to grade level).
  • Each teacher will collect student surveys and turn them into the front office with the teacher's name, classroom number, and school name.
  • Teacher’s name and classroom number will be entered into the district wide raffle. Once all surveys are turned in, a raffle drawing will take place. Time of drawing (TBD) by district.

ONCE AGAIN, THE WINNER OF THE RAFFLE DRAWING WILL RECEIVE $1,000.00
